Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please log into your customer account on our store, locate your order, and submit a self-serve return request.

Once your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns must be sent to our facility at: 430 SCRATCH ANKLE RD WHITESIDE TN 37396. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through your account will not be accepted.

Return Shipping and Fees

Return shipping is free of charge. A restocking fee of 25% of the item price applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers inspection, processing, and restocking costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@bigbcomp.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. Standard return shipping and restocking fee terms apply.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@bigbcomp.com.
